The City of Wilmington Small Minority, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Office (SMDBE) in collaboration with the State of Delaware Office of Minority and Women Owned Business, New Castle County and the Delaware Department of Transportation are currently soliciting nominations for the following awards categories:
- Outstanding Corporation of the Year
The award will be presented to the corporation that has made the greatest contribution to the growth of small disadvantaged businesses in revenue, and overall business development, in the spirit of Thomas J. Moyer. —Click here to obtain the DBE Corporation of the Year
- Outstanding DBE of the Year
This award will be presented to the outstanding DBE firm that has shown the greatest growth in sales, work force, and overall business development in the spirit of Thomas J. Moyer. —Click here to obtain the Outstanding DBE Company of the Year
- Prime Contractor of the Year
